Uses of clould computing

Cloud computing it the consumerist technology which bring more productiveness  to the business by reducing cost for its operation and by providing higher security for the information.

The information users can only get required information what they supposed to get as this block the user access to look each on every things of business data. It is internet recording system where you don't need any physical means of storing device just lodge work out either you want to add data and information or remove some.

The best example of this cloud computing system are e-mail, Facebook etc. Just look of Facebook you don't need your own computer where you have loaded photos and stater to look it back later you can simply lodge in from any computer and can see all your recoding.

The Future of Cloud Computing

            Speaking of information technology, surprisingly “Cloud Computing” is more recognized and widely used among Asian computer users than European users. According to a recent IT survey, 56% of European users are not able to figure out what Cloud Computing is while 77% of Asian users revealed they are familiar with this technology.

            Cloud computing can be defined as “a technology that uses the internet and central remote servers to maintain data and applications. It allows consumers and businesses to use applications without installation and access their personal files at any computer with internet access. This technology allows for much more efficient computing by centralizing storage, memory, processing and bandwidth.”

            A simple example of Cloud Computing is free email provided by search engines like Google, Hotmail and Yahoo. Users do not need any software or server to send/receive email. All they need is internet access. It’s those search engines that manage server and software.

            It is reported that four years ago Google developed “Google Apps” which is a type of Cloud Computing. This technology has been used by more than 3 million business organizations all over the world. Currently Cloud Computing market value 17 million BHT. However It is forecasted that in 2013 the market will reach 44,000 million BHT($ 1,467 AUD million) which equals to 26-30% growth.

            In Thai market Cloud Computing is expansively used in many organizations such as small business, large business, embassy and education institutes. There might be some obstacles such as the readiness of infrastructure but it is believed that Cloud Computing will be the new trend in doing business in the future which young blood businessmen should not overlook.

Core clold services are services that support cloud-based solutions,  such as identity management, service to -service integration, mapping, billing/payment systems, search, messaging, business process management, workflow, and so on, Core cold services can be consumed directly by an individual, or indirectly through system-to-system integration.  The evolution of core cloud services potentially will mimic that of the telecommunications industry, with many services falling under the categories of Business Support Systems(BSS) or Operational Support Systems (OSS)
OSS sevices manage the service itself and are responible for items such as
 - Service configuration
 - Service monitoring
 - Service provisioning

Bss services manage the interactions with customers typicall handling tasks such as
 - Collection payments
 - Processing bills
 - Taking orders.

How Cloud computing works !

The cloud computing involves three major services. Which are;

·        Infrastructure as a service .

·        Platform as a service

·        Soft ware as a service.

1.     Infrastructure  as a Service

It is Used by the Sites like Amazon which provides services  , virtual server instance API to start and stop,  access and configure there virtual servers and storage.  Cloud computing allows a company to pay for capacity as much as needed , and bring more online as soon as required. Its preety much as the same Idea used For water, electricity or fuel consumed. This is one of the reason that it is sometimes reffered as utility computing .

2.     Platform as a Service

It can be defined as a set of softwares and product development tools hosted on the provider’s infrastructure. Developers create applications on the providers platform over the internet .PAAS providers may use API’s , Website portals or gateway software installed on the customers computer .

3.     Software as a Service

In this cloud model , the vendor supplies the hardware infrastructure the software product and interacts with the user through a front end portal . SAAS is very broad market . Servises can be anything from web based email to inventory control and database processing.

Cloud computing took place over the last few years, leaded the most part by Google in Email, Document storage Cloud Apps and Alternative in Google Sites. The competition has been growing with more and more Cloud providers flooding the market in different areas. High speed internet and the week economy boosted the interest in cloud computing  and now in 2012 it is believed that 33% of companies adopted cloud primarily to access information and more jobs are coming in demand for cloud computing technitions . The Cloud is the method through which systems and software is going to be delivered to companies in the future.

Interesting News :D

A month ago Cloud technology played the role of crime fighter. By helping track down the stolen I-phone in Disney Cruise ship. Photos taken by the stolen Iphone synced to apple’s I-cloud allowing owner to repost the pictures on her face book account .  with the humorous caption of album named “stolen I-phone Adventures”

The catchy name of album got the attention of locals and eventually the attention of media then almost the whole Disney . Later , they figure out that the theft occurred by one of the disney’s employee. But its not clear yet that a person who cought with the iphone is a real thief or he bought it from some one.
